Orange–Cinnamon Velvet is a bright, cozy twist on cold brew—zesty citrus on top, warm cinnamon underneath. BATSAM™ LEGGERO brings caramel-chocolate depth that stays smooth even over ice. It’s a clean, café-style layered latte with an aromatic orange finish.

  • Coffee (BATSAM™ LEGGERO): 200 g

  • Water: 1100 g (cold)

  • Sugar: 100 g

  • Orange peel: 2 wide strips (use a peeler; avoid the white pith)

  • Cinnamon: 1 stick (or ½ tsp ground cinnamon)

  • Orange–cinnamon syrup: 8–12 g

  • Cold milk: 120 ml

  • Ice: 120–180 ml (fill the glass)
