We pride ourselves on the quality and authenticity of our Products. Each item offered on our e-platform site is carefully sourced and processed to ensure taste, appearance, aroma, freshness and satisfaction. However, because coffee is a perishable goods and natural product, its characteristics may vary slightly from batch to batch. We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing for our products; however, variations in appearance, taste, and packaging may occur due to factors beyond our control, including the sourcing of raw materials production methods, consumption equipment and water used for Product’s preparation.

• Product Descriptions: All product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for informational purposes only and with best efforts of fair representation. While we endeavor to be as accurate as possible, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions or other content on our website are completely free of errors or omissions.
• Storage Instructions: Customers are advised to store coffee products in a cool, dry place to maintain their freshness and quality. Improper storage may affect the taste, appearance and aroma of the coffee.

3. Returns and Refunds

In compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) and relevant EU regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from their order within 14 days of receipt of the goods. However, due to the perishable nature of our coffee products, the following limitations apply:

• Perishable Goods: Customers are advised that once the packaging of coffee products is opened, they cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations. This is to ensure that customers receive only products of the highest quality and safety.
• Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order before it is dispatched, please contact. Seller though online form at our e-platform at least 24 hours before Products is processed for shipping. Orders that have already been processed for shipping cannot be canceled. See respective General Terms and Conditions of Sale Policy.
• Return Process for Damaged Goods: If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. To facilitate the return process, please provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Seller will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. See respective Term of Sale Policy.

4. Limited Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. The Seller’s liability for damages shall be limited to those arising from gross negligence, misinterpretation or willful misconduct, in accordance with applicable law. The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, including but not limited to loss or leakage of data including personal data, loss of business opportunities, or any loss arising from the use or inability to use our products, dietary consequences during consumption or limitations arising from such consumptions, or inability to use the Products, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or personal injury. Seller is committed to ensuring the safety and quality of our coffee products. However, we cannot be held liable for any adverse effects resulting from the use or consumption of our products, including but not limited to allergies, intolerances, or other health-related issues. Customers must take responsibility for reading all product information, including ingredient lists and allergen warnings, prior to purchase.

• Health Considerations: If you have known allergies or health conditions that may be affected by the consumption of coffee or its ingredients, it is your responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional before making a purchase.
• Use of Products: Customers assume all responsibility for the use of our products and agree to indemnify Seller against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the consumption or use of our coffee products.

9. Governing Law and alternate dispute resolution

This disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg. The application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.

Any disputes arising out of or related to this disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg. By using our website, you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts. You agree that any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. Nonetheless, all disagreements arising from the enforcement of these Rules are to be resolved by negotiation. In case of failing agreement, disagreement is resolved through alternative out-of-court dispute resolution practice.
